DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責描述：

To maintain production equipment of assembly shop according annual maintenance plan;

按照年度保養計劃對組裝車間設備設施的實施維護、保養；

Fill in and update maintenance related documents and forms, including equipment information form, equipment spot inspection form, maintenance record form, equipment record form and etc.;

負責填寫及更新設備履歷表、設備點檢表、維修記錄表、設備臺賬等文件；

Assist to manage spare parts of equipment, including make detail list, manage spare parts store, record use list, apply for purchasing requisition and etc.;

協助生產設備備品備件的管理，包括清單建立、庫房管理、賬目管理、采購申請等；

Assist to manage maintain tools, including make detail list and use record, maintenance and retirement management and apply for purchasing requisition;

維修工具的管理，包括清單建立、賬目管理、使用管理，維修及報廢管理，采購申請等；

Responsible for emergency maintenance for abnormal production equipment.

生產設施設備異常緊急處理。

 Ensure the intact and effectively of security device of production equipment, and in charge of ensuring the security in process of equipment maintenance;

保障生產設備安全裝置的完好有效，并負責確保設備維修中的安全；

Other jobs assigned by superior.

完成其他領導交辦的工作。

QUALIFICATIONS崗位基本要求

College degree or above, major in machinery or mechatronics is preferred;

?？萍耙陨蠈W歷，機械制造或機電一體化專業；

Min.3 years maintenance working experience for production equipment in factory;

具有3年以上生產設施設備維護及維修工作經驗；

Basic computer using skill, can use OFFICE software;

具有一定的電腦操作基礎，操作Office辦公軟件；

Hard work spirit, can adapt shift work;

吃苦耐勞，能夠適應倒班工作；

Possess special operation certificate (like electrician certificate etc.).

具有特種作業資格證（電工證）。
