采埃孚一拖（洛陽）車橋有限公司為第一拖拉機股份有限公司與采埃孚（中國）投資有限公司共同出資設立的中外合資企業，公司位于河南省洛陽市西工區漢宮西路 16 號，注冊資本為人民幣 28,300 萬元 ，主要從事農業機械車輛驅動橋的產品研發、應用工程、生產、裝配及銷售業務。采埃孚（中國）投資有限公司持股比例為 51%；第一拖拉機股份有限公司持股比例為 49%。

采埃孚一拖（洛陽）車橋有限公司控股股東采埃孚（中國）投資有限公司為德國采埃孚集團于中國成立的一間投資性公司，為德國采埃孚集團的全資子公司，主要負責德國采埃孚集團的區域投資及中國境內新產品、技術研發等，并為所投資公司提供市場信息、政策咨詢以及產品的境內外銷售服務等。截止 2013 年 12 月31 日，德國采埃孚集團資產總額為 119.7 億歐元，資產凈額為 41.65 億歐元， 2013 年度營業收入為 168.37 億歐元，凈利潤為 4.62 億歐元。
