滅焰紡的主要原料是芳砜綸，它是由上海市紡織科學研究院和上海市合成纖維研究所共同研發和生產的一種高性能合成纖維。該產品在火焰里不熔融、不收縮，在250℃和300℃熱空氣中處理100 h后的強度保持率分別為90％和80％。

滅焰紡的氧極限指數L0I值高達33，難燃，離焰即熄，無余燼。

滅焰紡應用范圍：高溫防護工作服；消防服；軍服；家庭廚房滅火毯；火災現場逃生毯；賓館用紡織品；家具裝飾布等。

Zero Embers Textile is a permanent flame retardant fabric. The experiment shows that ZET is size stability at the high temperature and it provides good electrical insulation and excellent radiation resistance, good mechanical properties, perfect chemical stability and high dye-ability.
Zero Embers Textile is a high-performance synthetic fiber. The major raw material of ZET is PSA, . The product does not fuse in the flame and does not shrink. Once removed from the flame, the material will stop burning immediately. The strength retention of the fabric maintains 90% after 100 hours heat treatment at 250 ℃ and it also maintain 80% at 300 ℃ hot air.
Zero Embers Textile has high oxygen limit index L0I value -- 33 which is much higher than the oxygen limited index value of the air.
Zero Embers Textile can be applied on various situations, including high temperature protective clothing; fire service uniform; family kitchen fire blanket; a fire escape blanket; hotel textiles and furniture upholstery cloth.
