上海天工可可食品有限公司于2005年2月成立，是中糧集團、中國土產畜產進出口總公司旗下的中國茶葉股份有限公司直屬的子公司（鏈接http://www.cofco.com/cn/about_cofco/bu_all.aspx?con_id=343）。
公司占地面積20000平方米，擁有一幢智能化的辦公樓和四幢現代化的標準廠房，引進瑞士、荷蘭、德國和意大利等國先進設備，采用西非等地的優質可可豆為原料，專業生產可可制品。公司加工工藝先進，產品，生產的“申德”牌可可白脫、可可粉和可可液塊，各項微生物指標、理化指標、香氣和色澤等，均達到世界先進國家可可制品的水平。公司產品主要出口到美國、澳大利亞等國以及歐洲、中東地區，在國內與和路雪有限公司、瑪氏食品（中國）有限公司和高樂高食品有限公司等建立了良好的合作伙伴關系。

Founded in February 2005, Shanghai Tiangong Cocoa Food Co., Ltd.，is a subsidiary of China Tea Co., Ltd. which is a subsidiary of China National Native Produce & Animal By-Products Import & Export Corporation, now under COFCO.
Shanghai Tiangong occupies an industrial area of over 20,000M2 with four modern standard workshops and an intelligentized office building. With the equipments from Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany and Italy, and with the selected high quality cocoa beans imported from West Africa, Central America and Southeast Asia, Shanghai Tiangong specializes in cocoa bean processing. In the brand name “SHENDE”, the company enjoys high reputation for its high quality cocoa products, namely, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, cocoa liquor (mass) and cocoa press cake.
