膳魔師品牌現為一家日本擁有工業氣體技術的日本上市公司─日本酸素所擁有。日本酸素于八十年代后期與臺灣一家經驗豐富的不銹鋼家用品生產商合作,新組成合作伙伴投資大量資源發展以不銹鋼、更耐用的保溫壺及杯等容器,進一步改善我們生活。于1989年,日本酸素收購膳魔師品牌,營運伸延至歐美等地,以及在亞洲共同合作、制造、行銷和營運。
